Evie Demetriou is the Chief Operating Officer of Fabretti Constructions Ltd.
She holds a BSc in Public and Business Administration from the University of Cyprus and an MSc in Finance from the University of Warwick.
In 2008 she joined Microsoft Cyprus where she held various positions for 9 years – Services Operations, Anti-Piracy Manager, Sales Excellence and Licensing Manager – and ultimately Chief Marketing Officer, where she led strategic planning and marketing initiatives. She has served on the board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Cyprus for 4 years. For the last few years, as a Real Estate Entrepreneur, she has been managing commercial and residential properties and is a member of the Cyprus Land & Property Owners Organization (KSIA).
Her expertise spans corporate and property management, business operations, strategic planning and financial oversight.
Property Management Expertise
As a self-employed property manager, Evie has extensive experience in all facets of property management. She is adept at forming tenant agreements, collecting rents, resolving conflicts with tenants, and overseeing property maintenance and renovations. Her hands-on approach ensures that properties are managed efficiently and effectively, resulting in satisfied tenants and property owners.
Sales Excellence and Licensing Expertise:
During her tenure as Sales Excellence and Licensing Lead at Microsoft Cyprus & Malta, Evie provided invaluable support to the sales teams. She collaborated with sales teams on pipeline management, opportunity reporting, and subsidiary scorecard monitoring. Additionally, Evie supported sales teams in forming licensing proposals and navigating the sales cycle to achieve successful deal closures.
